At Huglet, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

General Return Conditions

  • Products may be returned within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.

Size-Sensitive Items (Clothing, Footwear, etc.)

  • For items where size or fit may be an issue (e.g., clothing, shoes), we kindly request that you try the item while the delivery agent is present.
  • If the item does not fit or meet your expectations, you may return it immediately to the delivery agent.

Delivery Charges for Returns

  • Delivery or pickup charges for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Exceptions apply if the return is due to a verified defect or an error on Huglet's part.

Return Procedure

  • If eligible, we will arrange a return pickup or provide further instructions.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 24 hours of receiving and verifying the returned product.
